Nigel is a kind landlord that respects his tenants. He was provided me temporary accommodation in 2020, the day after the lockdown started and drove me to the shops to buy my firsts groceries, kitchen utensils and bedding.

Moreover, the house location is very convenient. Therefore, whatever you may need is within walking distance!

Nigel takes good care of his houses. Nothing is too much to ask to be fixed and there is 100% transparency with rent contract and bills.
He makes sure we are well and the house has a good climate between tenants.
I am his tenant for a year and half now and would rather switch between his properties than find a new landlord.

I have only recently moved to Guernsey and have done so during the very stressful COVID times. Nigel has been brilliant and so accommodating with my circumstances and ensured I had absolutely everything I needed.
