Very good seller, I was contacted immediately to provide measurements, and the dress fit me amazingly. The only thing I would say is slightly not up to par, is that the color wasn't exactly the same as the picture. I asked for color swatches of the general color that I wanted, and that was perfect. Go off the swatches, and not the color in the picture. But over all, amazing seller, amazing product

"Beautiful in Blue"
This dress is gorgeous! I ordered it for a photoshoot, and it did not disappoint. The blue is a vu rant electric blue shade. The dress is comfy and easy to wear. I am o ly 5'2", so of course it was long and touched the ground, but that's what I wanted. Straps were long, but I was able to move the applique butterflies and then tighten the straps.

Love this dress and how it fits. She’s 5’1 and 85 pounds. Dress compliments her figure and fits her chest even which is hard to find. It’s good quality material. Very Well made. Great deal for the price she plans to wear this to her senior prom.

"Paid to have my dress customized"
Paid to have my dress customized, and it was not customized per my specifications. Also, the mesh on dress did not match my skin completion at all—I can’t wear it. I went back and forth with customer service for weeks and a different person responded every time. It was clear they had not read the previous messages, so I kept having to repeat myself and waste my time. Although they did not customize the dress to my requested specifications, they refused to give me a full refund, telling that the best they would do is 50% so they could still make money. Additionally, they would still charge me a 10% restocking fee and I also would have to pay to ship it all the way to China. They also told me to just get the dress fixed on my own. When I told them the tailor said the cost to fix what Ball Bella messed up would be more than what Ball Bella would refund me, they told me to “just give away the dress.” I paid $210 for something I can’t wear and won’t be getting that money back. Bad company, bad product, and bad customer service. I regret ordering from here.

Die ganze Aktion war ein einziges Chaos.
Ich habe mein Kleid bestellt, fairerweise kurzfristig aber mir wurde versichert dass das Kleid pünktlich ankommen wird zumal ich sowohl die Extra Gebühren für eine schnellere Herstellung als auch die für den schnelleren Versand gezahlt habe.
Das Kleid kam übrigens aus China, das habe ich erst nach der Zahlung gesehen weil die Herkunft auf der Webseite nirgendwo einsehbar ist.
Am Tag bevor ich das Kleid gebraucht habe, hab ich mal vorsichtig nachgefragt wo es bleibt und es wurde (trotz der Extra-Gebühren für die schnellere Herstellung) noch nicht einmal fertig gestellt.
Als ich das Kleid daraufhin stornieren wollte hieß es dann, dass man 100€ einbehalten werde, auf meinen darauffolgenden Protest wurde ich mehrere Tage ignoriert bis dann eine Nachricht kam, dass das Kleid versendet wurde.
Auf meine Nachfrage kamen nur Emails/Nachrichten, ich soll es einfach annehmen und dann kriege ich Rabatt oder das die Stornierung nicht durchgegangen ist.
Musste es mit Hilfe der Kreditkartenfirma klären und hab immer noch die Rechnung von UPS vorliegen, weil die das Kleid einfach losgeschickt haben.
Kommunikation sowohl intern als auch nach außen eine Katastrophe und zudem vollkommen unzuverlässig.

"Simply horrible experience. Worst quality!!!"
Simply horrible experience. Paid $399. For a dress and it’s falling apart and the absolute worst quality. When emailing the company they responded with telling me I can get a partial refund or keep it and get it tailored. So I am supposed to fix a dress that’s falling apart at more cost to me? Or take a portion of the money and send a dress back and still pay for shipping cost. Currently I sent the dress back and spent $45 more on shipping and they are still going back and forth with me about returning my money.
