Got this dress custom-made for my daughter, who’s a size 6 with a 34B bust, and had it hemmed to floor length. Fits her nicely overall, except for a bit of gaping on the side without the strap in the bust area. She’ll need to use some skin tape to keep it from revealing too much. It comes with an inner bra and boning, which works well for her smaller frame.

We’ve purchased this dress for the Prom 2024. The color ended up being more of a darker shade, but it’s stunning. We’re getting it tailored to fit my size zero, 5’3" daughter, and adding a rhinestone belt to the waist. I’ll upload a photo later. The dress exceeded my expectations. And it arrived just like the picture. Can’t wait to see our daughter in this dress for prom!

The dress that came was exactly what I ordered. It was stunning. The sizes were perfect, and fitted really well. It doesn’t reach a 5 star, as it took a long time to be delivered. It said around 18 working days, but took way over a month. Luckily the dress came in time, and I am really impressed!

I ordered a dress for this place since March 22nd and paid extra money to have it shipped faster and here it is April 13th, 2024 my daughter's prom is April 20th, 2024 I emailed, message and call these people on whatsapp and can't get an answer to whether I'll have my dress on time...all I'm getting is I'll receive a tracking number when the dress is shipped no delivery date, no nothing

"Wrong Dress and Color Bad Business"

The dress I ordered was not what I received. It was a completely different color and style. The description states the dress has sequins this dress had glitter all over it that was falling off when I took it out of the bag!!
I contacted your company to return the dress at your cost and for you to issue a full refund. I was told that they wouldn’t issue a full refund because it was a custom order??? It was simply an order from your site not a custom order. I was also told to donate the dress because shipping cost would be too much. Terrible experience with even worse customer service. A company that doesn’t stand by their product or word!!

Ive purchased merchandise from this merchant. The product I received was not as seen on the website. When we requested a refund, there was no cooperation from this merchant. I had to give at least a one star when leaving a review, but they honestly do not deserve that.
