"Transformative Life Coaching"

Working with Ipek has been life changing. When we started the process, I didn’t fully understand what a Life Coach was, but I knew I needed change in my life. The journey has been one of metamorphosis, which can be compared to a fitness transformation (although it is a lot more than that). I use this example, because with a physical trainer, you can measure your progress. You can see the change in your physical body, but also how you feel as a whole, your eating habits and your sleeping patterns. As a Life and Insight Coach, Ipek looks at all the different areas of your life and the changes can be measured. I can look back over the past year and see the improvements in my life, and personal growth, both internally and externally. Ipek has a unique ability to encourage and motivate in a way that is transformative. She understands your specific needs and tailors the coaching to you as an individual. I will continue to work with Ipek in the future, as I want to continue the momentum I have started. There is still so much to learn. It has been a very encouraging experience that has taught me a lot about myself.
