"Disappointing."

I was distinctly underwhelmed by my dealings with The Handrail Man - Banisters was installed and looks OK but workmen severed Alarm wires under carpet which was an additional unwelcome cost for me. John 'apologised' but offered nothing in return and in fact tried to charge me an additional fee for extra caps that he overlooked in his initial quote. Very poor experience so I would not recommend this outfit.

May not be the cheapest but the service was excellent.

I needed a handrail in the garden and some external grab bars. Whole process - measuring up, quote, fitting - was so easy and I am pleased with the result. It looks good (not institutional!)

"A good company to deal with"

We needed handrails fitted for awkward steps both at the front and back of our house, and being elderly and doddery, we could no longer consider fitting them ourselves. I contacted The Handrail People and they got back to me with excellent communication, sending someone to measure up and estimate, and we went ahead and ordered. There is a bit of a wait for delivery, but I was kept well informed as to progress by Ella in the office, and the two young men who came and fitted the rails yesterday did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service from this firm and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service, great products and a firm I highly recommend.
Now in our late seventies we were feeling unsure as we walked down three sets of steps at the front and back of our bungalow.
The Handrail team came to our property and measured so all the handrails fitted precisely.
The were cheerful and efficient when they worked and I cannot speak too highly of them.They made our lives safer and more pleasant.

We wanted a handrail for our outdoor steps. I found the Handrail people through a google search and I am so pleased I did. Quick response to my query, someone came and measured within a couple of weeks with pictures of all the styles I could choose from. They were very patient when I dithered about which style.
Then when it was fitted, in less than an hour, it just looked like it had always been there.
Great service, a fantastic produce at a good price, I thoroughly recommend them
