They were recommended after a recent fall off the bike and I was worried that the frame might be cracked. They were so friendly and helpful. I was relieved and reassured that it was safe to ride and not cracked. This will be my first place to go if I ever need a repair or respray.

Helpful advice given and options explained when I took my damaged frame in, including what could be done and what couldn't. Completion of the paperwork was made easy and a realistic timeframe given for completion of the repair. In the event, the job was completed ahead of expectation and the repair was invisible. Fabulous customer service and friendly staff. I was a return customer - enough said?
