As Co-President and Director of Training here at Coaching and Leadership International, I'll forget the corporate jargon and speak from my heart!

During Bimal's training to become a Certified Power Coach in our subconscious and whole-brain-mind coaching system called The Science of Mind-Kinetics, Bimal brought some key characteristics to the table. I remember sitting beside a Military Commander in Chief on an airplane. When I told him that I "heal hearts and minds", he generously told me that he does everything in his power to teach his troops to not kill anyone. Instead he taught them how to use "love" as the weapon to protect everyone. I was very touched by this.

Bimal is right up there with this incredible Commander. He will take you to heights of awareness only a few leaders on this planet have achieved. God knows we truly need this level of coaching right now and into the future.

When I attended the intro session of podcast by Cdr Bimal Raj, I have decided without any second thought to join his podcast training. As I could see from first itself, I can be a podcaster with the help of Bimal Raj. He is a great mentor who helps and push us to achieve the goal. There were some moment, I felt like postponing the activities but after attending his session , I just focused on the action item given and followed step by step processes shared to me. When I published my podcast, I could see that this is a beginning of my successful journey in podcast world. Thanks for the motivation Bimal Raj. And thanks for that extra push and reminders which helped me in many ways.

Last week I had session with Cdr. Bimal Raj as a part of Diamond Call.

I experienced it as one of the best coaching session for two reasons.

1. I attended such coaching call for first time ever in my journey.

2. Nothing was preplanned and it was so purposeful and effortless that everything I felt was in alignment.

My realization- Cdr. Bimal Raj is simple, straightforward and a coach who tells you more what you need to do to achieve that you want and less what's good about you that helps you to push 🖐 out of your box with small and right steps everyday.

He is so effortless in doing it and patiently listens to you making you aware of your own mental blocks. I witnessed it in my first session with him going from confusion, experiencing emotions and also getting clarity in the end of coaching call. It's so amazing.

Now I am practicing more awareness to restore my own bliss to achieve that glory I am truly looking for.
