I wasn't aware that the return would costs money. I understand that you charge for returns, but I would also say that to avoid future returns for customers, ensure that the sizing reference is accurate, if I would've been able to see accurate sizing on the website I would've ordered a bigger size and therefore avoided the return. However the returns process is easy to follow and simple to use.
