Ik kreeg een tijdblok van 4 uur. Ik ben de hele dag ervoor thuis gebleven, om vervolgens een ophaler te hebben die pas een uur BUITEN het blok nog aankomt. Ik heb hier ook geen bericht oid over ontvangen. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld. Ik ga hier niet nog een keer gebruik van maken op deze manier.

Pick-up was done correctly and professionally. One thing that wasn't great is that I changed the date of the pick-up, and they showed up on the original + the new date... This definitely has to be improved, as the deliverer had to come twice.
