Have been using UK Water Filters for some time. This week I managed to break one of the inlet connectors - entirely my fault - rather heavy handed with a spanner on a plastic fitting! After speaking to the UK Water Filter technical team they sent me a video on how to remove the broken part from the filter and a couple of new fittings. The filter is now up and running again and I am very grateful for the help they gave me.

It still looks brand new! The cartridges keep the water soft and scale free. Tea and coffee taste smoother.
Cartridge is really easy to change, plus I receive a reminder every year, when it's time to replace, which is helpful.
