The jury is out for the effectiveness of this product because you have to wash your hair very often for so many weeks. I have not had the product that long. I am only using the shampoo with no conditional but it seems just okay. Hair does get a bit dry and flyaway. On the whole the experience of shopping was fine and I am pleased with the product
