"Amazing customer service"

I bought a watch from the for my sons 18th, which he absolutely loves and wears almost every day. Unfortunately a few months down the line one of the tiny arms on the smaller dials had fallen off and the leather strap was already worn.
I couldn't even remember where I got the watch from when my son told me and I couldn't find a receipt or an email.or anything. In desperation I googled the watch make in the hope that my memory would be jogged by seeing the selling company.
I only found Trendhim, which i didnt recognise, but still I emailed querying if I had bought the watch from them. Bear in mind I had very limited information, just watch make and rough time of year I may have bought it.
I received a response almost immediately confirming that I had in fact bought the watch from them. After explaining the situation and sending photos within a couple of hours they had arranged for a new watch to be sent out and even said they would engrave the new one too. I only asked for a repair of the existing watch, this is above and beyond and the speed of replies is amazing.
