"Poor quality"

Poor quality, Rip off

Ordered an outfit for a fancy dress party, but the item arrived later than expected (postal delays and not the company's fault admittedly). When the item arrived, the fabric was of horrendously poor quality, design and colour. The packaging left a terrible smell on the clothing when opened. Ultimately, it would not have been suitable for use anyway. Due to this reason, the item was never tried on and was immediately returned.

Upon chasing the return after a two-week wait, I was told I was not entitled to a refund due to a rip in clothing. How convenient that this was only mentioned after chasing the refund. Complete rip off and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Happy to take your money for a sub-par product, not so happy to refund for the poor quality items they provide.

"Took too long to arrive"

Took too long to arrive. Paid 13.99 for next day delivery which didn’t happen - has been received back however no refund has been processed!! If no response I’ll have no choice but to claim back through the bank.

"Trust worthy company"

Trust worthy company, costume arrived quickly with special delivery. Costume was too small and refund was issued promptly. Thoroughly reccomend dealing with them.

"Unprofessional service"

I can attest to the horrible customer service. I emailed them within an hour of placing my order that I'd like to cancel it. Since their checkout page did not indicate the shipping time for "priority express" delivery, I did not find out until I received the order confirmation email that the item was coming from the UK and could take up to 10 business days to arrive once shipped. This timeframe is longer than standard shipping in the U.S. -- had I realized it was coming from abroad I would've made a different decision.

Regardless, they never replied to my cancellation request and ended up shipping the item ~2 days later. When I sent a follow-up email asking for a refund and/or explanation as to why my initial email was never answered, they rudely replied back that I should know that they can't stop an item's progress once it's been shipped. They didn't apologize for any miscommunication or delayed response -- they just replied with one rude sentence. Even if a refund couldn't have been issued, they could've replied with more professionalism. Their customer service is sorely lacking.

"No Return Support"

They have a 14 day return policy, but the item took 3 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival the time didn’t fit and they did not respond to return requests. Also, no customer service phone support.
