"Superb Experience "
Amazing experience from start to finish. Excellent communication from Simon in the lead up to the event was first class. Our Guide (Ian) and Driver (Darren) were superb from when they picked us up through to the completion of the challenge. Probably encountered the worst weather that the month of June could throw at us on the challenge, snow, hail, rain and strong winds but Ian kept us moving and motivated throughout the challenge to result in a highly memorable experience for us all.
If you’re considering doing the 3 Peaks, I can highly recommend Mountaineerin, you won’t regret it and will have an absolutely awesome time!

"Superb service "
A fantastic transport company with positive attitude and always welcoming. Very smooth to book and even when we had to change our return date during our trip at last minute Simon was very helpful and sorted it all out without any issues. I am so thankful! The drivers Darren and Keith were great. Thank you to Simon and team. Definitely recommend this company 👌

It was a great experience! Rob our guide was an amazing guide, everything was very well planned and he prepared us accordingly. He helped us complete the challenge on time and overcome our limits.
I would definitely hike again with Mountaineerin and Rob as our guide, and would highly recommend completing 3 peaks challenge with them.

"National Three Peaks"
To start with the hotel was a bit tired but clean and acceptable and had a lovely view.
The coach collecting people arrived late and the schedule briefing did not take place, everyone on the coach got the briefing. We were expecting it to take place later that evening but the guide (Mountain Leader), did not appear. We ended up with a bit of a rushed briefing during breakfast the following morning.
The ML was tall, had a long stride and it was therefore quite difficult to keep up with him. I don't recall being advised about the expected summit time only an overall number of hours to complete each peak. Which isn't particularly helpful if you don't know where you are or how much futher you have to go. I got left behind on Ben Nevis and had no idea whether I was going to be able to summit before they turned around, fortunately I did make it. On Scafell Pike the weather was horrendous, monsoon and hoolie, we all had to stick together. The ML marched off several times leaving us. He pointed in the direction of the summit and left us to go alone. On the decent he turned right instead of left and lost us about 30 minutes going the wrong way and we had to climb back up to go down again, we were all drenched to the skin and knackered. He continued to march off without us several times.
On Snowdon, I got behind to stay with a friend and he constantly went at the fastest pace (super fit guy in the group), they occassionally waited for us to catch up and before we reached them he would march off again so we didn't get a rest at all.
After the event an ML friend advised me that the max for an ML to lead is 8 (we started with 9) and in bad weather conditions 4, also it is against recommendations to allow us to summit on our own. So I have concerns about the safety aspects of the event but also there was no discussion or briefing about "in the event of....." someone gets injured/lost for example etc. The briefing before Snowdon on the coach as everyone is waking up and in a rush to get ready, (FYI due to space it isn't possible for everyone to get their boots on and tied before getting off the coach), the briefing was inadequate and I couldn't hear what he was saying.
He was a lovely guy and took some amazing photos on BN but maybe additional training might help him.

"Amazing three peaks"
As some one relatively inexperienced to mountain climbing, Mountaineerin made the whole experience less daunting and more importantly, enjoyable. The communication ahead of the trip was clear, the transportation and accommodation comfortable with the help and guidance while climbing, invaluable. An amazing time, great memories, all made possible by Simon. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be a repeat customer in the near future!

"What an experience"
I am 66 I thought I would challenge myself one more time. I found the 3 peaks really tough possibly the hardest physical test I've completed, maybe due to age. The guide Rob was excellent, very professional, making sure we finished each peak on time and a smashing fellow. The drivers were Steve and ? [sorry mate I have forgotten your name] who completed the arduous drive as smoothly as possible. Thanks also to Simon for the professional operation from pick up to drop off. Overall an experience never to be forgotten.
