I was charged $30 for 4 40mm pictures and then was pressured into writing a positive review for $5 off something that shouldn't have costed anymore than $10 in the first place. The woman waited for me to write a positive review and then went and checked before she gave me the $5 discount.

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. They were able to get my visa to me with plenty of time to spare. I must say, though, that I consider the fee to be extremely high. I had to pay $800.00 for a Chinese work visa. The fee is why I'm not giving 5 stars. Otherwise, they certainly deserve 5 stars.
