"Patella Tendinopothy Rehab"

I have been seeing Chris for around 8 months now to help me with a long term case of Patella Tendinopothy in my right knee. He has helped me through every step of the process; suggesting exercises to suit my needs, allowing space for activities that I enjoy and helping me understand the physiological changes that rehab will stimulate. Chris has also been great at coaching me through the 'mental' side of rehab, assuring me that the process is not linear and helping me build resiliance.
