Velocità nella consegna. Quattro campioncini omaggio,così come premesso al momento dell'acquisto. Unico appunto che posso fare è magari di tener conto del profumo acquistato e scegliere campioncini aderenti a quella fragranza. A me sono arrivati quattro campioncini di profumi arabi che non sono nelle mie corde...ma capisco che con tutti gli ordini a cui fate fronte la cosa può portare via molto più tempo. Grazie

"Received only half my order and strange customer support"

I ordered because of a specific perfume sample I could only get there and added some additional samples to make the high shipping costs worth it.
I received 3 of the 5 samples I ordered, but never got a message about my order being shipped in two packages or items being sold out.
I had to write the customer support multiple times to get a reply.
The perfume samples that made me order never arrived, which was a bummer as those were the only reason I ordered there in the first place.
After I sent another email regarding where my package could be, I got a refund without even giving me the option of delivering the missing samples.
I wrote the customer service in English every time, yet they only replied in Italian with almost no information in the replies.
The customer support was either unhelpful, as they asked me for information they previously already got, or said "You already got a refund" but only after sending that refunding me my money.
