The delivery was late. That's why giving 3. Other wise cake was tasty and good.

The only thing that i found worth complaining is the delivery charge. Rs.100?? Really? That too in a city like Nagpur where the distances are always within the range of 5 kms.

They took my order, I got confirmation.
Later cancelled on their own, I didn't get any confirmation email and they simply said that I will get refund in couple of days.

Hello, thanks for the response.

1. As you say that your website mentions that it would deliver the order only around Nagpur then it should not have accepted the pin codes outside your reach.
2. I called the store on the date of delivery and only then I got to know that the order is cancelled. I didn't receive the email of cancellation to the best of my knowledge whereas I will double check the same.

Nonetheless, it's okay.

The cake was not fresh. It was not spongy at all, felt like a stale product. A very bad experience, not expected from a brand like Tauby's.
