Ordered radiator valves online as they looked good and seemed value for money. When they arrived and I unpacked I couldn’t believe how fantastic they were. Packaging was superb as well. For the money they are well worth buying and they look great on our cast iron radiator. My plumber couldn’t believe the price I paid for them when I told him. Defo recommend them to friends and family.

Even my husband, who couldn’t understand my obsession with luxury cast iron radiators, stood back and said “they’re absolutely class!”. I received excellent service from Mark. I ordered a heritage radiator/ towel rail which at the time of ordering was out of stock but expected within a week. Mark kept me up to date on the progress of the order and it was delivered on exactly the time and date predicted. It had clearly been checked before being despatched.
I will certainly be using this company again for some of their bespoke cast iron radiators.
