Charlotte was absolutely amazing, efficient and great at explaining everything in ways we could understand. Happy to go over things multiple times, found us a great mortgage deal and was super fast at answering any questions. Kelly helped us apply for extension due to solicitors being slow and was super helpful too! Will definitely be using again when fix ends and would highly recommend to anyone needing a mortgage.

Side note - Charlotte was great in getting us a variety of options with one of us full time employed and one being one year into self employment! No high street lenders would have us due to self employment but Charlotte ended up with a multitude of options for us!

Very helpful, Ashleigh and Kelly whom dealt with me were extremely helpful providing me with everything I needed. It was honestly the most stress free part of buying my property as the ladies were getting things done in a timely manner contact was mostly through emails with minimal phone calls, which was perfect for replying as and when I could around my work schedule. They explained all the necessary details without over complicating it and getting me a deal that suited me. On top of that they helped secure home insurance as part of the package which was perfect as I didn't need to hunt around.
