Saw the website; reviewed the products, prices then called to inquire further. Sonya, Customer Svc is efficient & welcoming. Since I live in another State from the trees actual delivery site I feel comfortable all will be well. By the way, I had to change the color and Sonya came through with the change and the purchase finalization. The trees are a gift to our Son & Wife since the are excited. Makes us all happy. Looking forward to using this TN Nurseries again in the future!

I unboxed my order and found that 3 of my 5 trees were damaged during the shipping process. I contacted Customer Service and they were so prompt to rectify the situation and are resending me replacements. I give them 5 stars for taking care of their customers and providing exceptional Customer Service.
