Ordered DND gel top coats x3 off them in December 2024. Used on 15+ clients, all of which their top coat had cracked & dull when returning for their next appointment. I’ve used DND top coat many times, it was always shiny & nice and this has never happened. The product must be old or off.

I also bought an acrylic brush off them which after 2 weeks just fell apart. I contacted them and they rang me, and asked if I could put a superglue in it to hold it together?
I thought it was an absolute joke! Not the sort of customer service you want.

I’m Not happy as I’ve had to discount their appointments due to the faulty top coats.
It’s put me off ordering from JK London.
