"Car arrived Damaged!"
Bought our son a toy car and it arrived damaged. We assumed it may have been damaged during shipping however when we took everything out of the box, there were no cracked pieces of plastic. The back of the car was preassembled, the headlight was missing and it looked like it was put together incorrectly. The cracked pieces were definitely prior to shipping otherwise we would have seen the broken pieces in the box. The company did not email us back and their phone lines are closed due to Covid. Dishonest business practice, really disappointed.

"Finally got my son a car"
The assembly videos they send you are worth everything. I purchased a car for my son from Amazon last year and when it arrived I couldn't get it to turn on after putting it together because the instructions were terrible. I like this company because they emailed me an assembly video a day before i got my order and that video was perfect. My son finally has a car, one that works.

"Ride on Jeep is a great product."
On Dec 7, 2020, I ordered a Kids ride on True Max Black Truck and it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. I was very surprised by the quality, size and all the great features of the Jeep. It couldn't have pleased me more. My only concern is that i am still waiting for the "license" that was supposed to be mailed to me.

This company has very bad customer service! Let’s just start with I order my son truck for Christmas to find out it only had three wheels! When I contacted the company “email only” they gave me the run around. I sent in pictures per there request til no response! In addition to it only being three wheels the steering wheel didn’t fit and wire was broken. Returns and exchanges are at your own expense, which is about 300 bucks to ship! Worst experience ever! Stuck with a broken truck! Next stop BBB!
