"Responsive and Helpful Customer Service Team"
After extensive researching of reviews, I've recently purchased their smart electric breast pump and I'm very much looking forward to using it alongside my Spectra Synergy Gold Portable breast pump.
After submitting my order, I realized that I wanted to add an additional item to my purchase and their customer service team was exceptionally helpful and responsive to my request. They responded quickly and added the item I needed right away. Great customer service!
I'm very much looking forward to using their product and purchasing from them in the future.

"Excellent items and great customer support"
I'm the satisfied owner of several Lola&Lykke items, one of which is their star product, the Smart Electric Breast Pump. I find it to be a great pump: comfortable, straightforward, powerful, lightweight, efficient, portable. My body responds poorly to pumping breastmilk, so I tried many pumps (including the trendy double wearable ones) to figure out whether the pumping output could be improved, but it's with Lola&Lykke's pump that I achieve the best results.
I'm also very content with Lola&Lykke's outstanding customer support: I had reached them with a inquiry about the availability of one of their products and they replied promptly and offered an amazing solution to it.

"Return process is none existing"
Return process is none existing. I received my order from their warehouse Ireland, but due to the belt not only not helping my condition but making it worse I have to return it Finland! Being heavily pregnant I have to go to the post office. The posting is at my cost. And the email makes a quite clear note not to save money on the cheapest way of posting as it’s completely my responsibility. So if I have to post it abroad via tracking mail.
Worst customer service so far.
Appreciate your reply, though not sure how a free gift of something I probably don’t need would be a gesture of good will…
As I’m not planning to order anything else ever from your company due to your customer service.
Returning my money including what’s spent on postage would be a gesture of good will.

"Works super well and great after-sales service"
The breast pump works super well. My baby could not suckle and I wanted to feed her on breast milk ... So I relied on my breast pump and used it several times a day every day for 8 months. I had a horrible experience with a different brand: it regularly stopped working. This caused me lots of stress until I found this breast pump. It made my life easy (in a moment that things were not easy...) and let me fulfill my objective of feeding my baby with breast milk. The after sales service is quick and very attentive.

"Worst shipping time as I am waiting for…"
Worst shipping time as I am waiting for more than 2 weeks now and a sloppy customer service. I got affected by their shipping time on ordering post partum belt and breast pump twice separately. I goty post partum belt delivered after 2 weeks or so
After ordering breast pump and chasing, I got an email stating they are waiting for stock and it won't be shipped for more than 7 days and no notification of shipping. If you don't have stock, please make it out of stock online rather than making the customer wait. This company sells sensitive products for women who are going through toughest phase of their post pregnancy and such a dreadful shipping and a sloppy customer service. There is no phone number or chat to speak to their customer service team, just a snail email. I will avoid it even if their products are good.

"Item Didn’t arrive and poor customer service experience"
I had an emergency c section and places and order for the support band on Monday 4th September before noon. On their website it states that “Transit typically takes 2-3 business days. Orders processed same day if placed by 12pm GMT on a weekday.”
I received a shipping confirmation for this order on Monday 4th, and I was eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, to my disappointment, nothing has been delivered to me as of today 13th September. I contacted the company and had to wait several days before I got any acknowledgement when the item didn’t arrive. I had to

via email, their website and PayPal before I finally got a reply saying that the item was lost and then another email saying it was still on its way. I requested a full refund as I found that this lack of transparency regarding my order's location has been quite frustrating, as I urgently needed the support band and I would no longer be at my home address I’d were to arrive any later than Monday 11th.
Yet again I have not heard back and will need to raise a dispute with PayPal to
Get my money back it seems.

Fabulous customer service, prompt replies and sorted the issue of a missing part immediately. Saara is so lovely and I can't fault their service. Would definitely recommend.

Bought the smart pump before my daughter was born, not really knowing how much we would use it. Turned out to be a godsend and saved our BF journey!
Easy to use, easy to clean and store. Also Fits with philips avent bottles, and lola&lykke adaptor to pump straight into freezer bags.
Unfortunately after nearly a year, the pump stopped working, i think a motor issue (?) But Lola&Lykke provided amazing customer service and after sending a couple of emails and a video of the faulty pump, they sent a new set out to me which arrived in less than a week. Thank you so much for great customer service, will definitely recommend.
A couple of improvements would be the storage bags are hard to open out at the bottom. It would be good to have a simple screw lid for the bottle, rather than having to use the teat & lid (extra faff for cleaning etc when the milk is going to be stored or given in a different bottle). Great that it now comes with a storage bag.
