Finally got a replacement part that was not damaged. Thank you for eventually sorting this.
Purchased a 2nd hall console table for upstairs landing as the 1st one was fab. However really dissapointed with quality. Part of the paint is bubbly and rough. Many emails and issue not resolved. They feel that item is not faulty and their supplier will not replace the part. All I need is a badly made part replaced. I think I am now being asked to send this large bulky item back at my own expense for a refund. I will only get the refund if the item is packaged as received. I mean no one is capable of that. I would think twice about purchasing from this company. Really bad experience so far. So dissapointed after an initial purchase.
You have no offered to send a replacement part that is damaged. How can that be right? You keep saying that the item is not at fault however the photo proves other wise. This is not acceptable, my consumer rights are not being met. I will not pay to return a faulty item. Perhaps I need to take the matter further, I will begin with speaking to my card issuer.
