As a first-time buyer I was unfamiliar with the process, but Liam was always available to answer my questions and clearly set out what I could expect at each stage. Liam was very responsive and easy to get hold of over email and the phone, and was always really friendly and personable (which I especially appreciated being new to anything mortgage-related!).
