"Delivery charge crooks"

Ordered a large kitchen, delivery charge was £410 + vat. I paid it and delivery was expected early February 2025, however on the day of delivery I get an email (not a phonecall)! To advise I needed to pay a further £410 + vat because they needed 2 vans to deliver!!!! They have now lost the sale of a large utility and a boot room, how short sighted are they. AVOID THESE CROOKS.

I highly recommend DIY kitchens 4 U to anyone. We didn’t use the design service, however in hindsight I wish we had as its very good value for money.

Fantastic service from first contact to delivery of the kitchen. Customer care is second to none and nothing was too much trouble for the team. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and very professional. Chris is first class and always quick to respond. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and on a par - or better - than you would find at a fancy local supplier but at a much better price. We were nervous buying the kitchen off the internet but the care and support given made it easy and now that our kitchen has been installed we are delighted with it. We would have no hesitation in using Diykitchens 4u again in the future.
