Very helpful in arranging specific size and shape and when unfortunately the foam got lost in transit sent a replacement with next day delivery and included a luxury memory foam neck travel pillow. So great service

"Bad marketing"

Ordered durafoam topper from amazon arrived packaged like a hay bale 2 blue plastic bags with fragile tape all round i literally rolled it down my hall no instructions to were it was made no fireproof label whether you can turn it over ect very disappointed as topper it self is fine keeps me cool and comfy at night have messaged them on amazon but no reply for the price it is no acceptable very annoyed at no response.
