Love bench overall, Kylie has been fantastic and on point.

The new version needs to include the pulse feature, I login just for that almost daily.

Overall a very positive experience. Wish we had faster response / work times but pretty good so far. Some room for improvement.

"PROS- Books are done without me having…"

PROS- Books are done without me having to figure everything out. It's mostly automated although there is some manual involvement. Charts are useful but would like them to be more robust. Year end financial package is great and very helpful.

CONS- Takes a really long time to get your completed month's books. It's usually two months after the month has ended and has even been as long as three months. So you don't get May's results until mid-July. Website and app are still very buggy and not as full featured as they could be. Would like ability to chart data in a way that's more useful.

Bench has proficient in all the numbers, fast and responsive. I even needed a last-second accountant and they were able to refer me to someone quick to help. I see me using them year after year.

I really enjoy bench accounting so far! I’m a new customer but it’s great to be able to get a better understanding of my finances as a creative entrepreneur. Accounting isn’t my strong suit so having experts handling my books and accounts with feedback and clear charts / progress tracking is great!
