"Buying a Chunky Pine 2 Over 4 Chest of Drawers from Lifestyle Furniture"

The product I bought was a Chunky Pine 2 Over 4 Chest of Drawers, which I am very satisfied with. However the service provided on delivery is very unsatisfactory. I ordered the product on 23/05/2018, making the specific request "Please, deliver on week starting on 04/06/2018, but not on Monday". As it happens, the product was not delivered until Thursday 14/06/2018, after rescheduling with the delivery company, which had scheduled the delivery for Monday 11th June. I feel that after being charged for a 2 persons delivery, plus an extra for delivering to a first floor, Lifestyle Furniture should take certain responsibility on a more accurate delivery, specially when they ask the client for a delivery option. I requested my product to be delivered in a week starting almost 15 working days after I made the order, and the product was delivered 14 days after the start of that week. Totally unacceptable.

Would of given you a 5 star if you did a unpack and take packaging .as a disabled person I found this extremely hard for me to unpack lift and dispose of all the packaging it can in .thank you products were of an outstanding value for money I'm well pleased with my purchase.

"Very poor customer service and delivery"

The wardrobe itself is fine, but the customer service and delivery were truly awful. We ordered on 25th March, and delivery was on 30th May, even though there was no 'out of stock' indication. We were promised a 7am-9am delivery and when my wife phoned at 10.30am to ask where it was, the customer service person hung up on her! When the van finally came, the dirver was extremely unpleasant, refusing to allow my wife to examine the wardrobe, and wouldn't take it any further than the living room. I won't be ordering from Lifestyle Furniture again.

product very good. easy to deal with and happy with purchase. would be 5 stars but let down by none advice of delivery despite the company saying we would receive notification. arrived home to find it in porch. had to unpack and move ourselves ,not damaged so ok. would use lifestyle furniture again but need to get delivery company sorted out.
