"Totally unprotected in my own home"

Our property (block of flats) is in South Berdmonsey, they have not are not been able to fix the door entry, but they are very good at charging us £870, currently anybody can enter our our front door, we feel totally unprotected, already have young people smoking ilegal substances. To come and fix it is going to cost as another 870 and they cannot guarantee they can fix it. I really do not know what is the point of having this entry and this company. I wont recommend this company to anybody

"Great company"

Great company, they resolved my issue within 2 days of contacting them. On the other hand, the building management company RMG spent 2 weeks comming up with excuses why they can’t help me.

"Absolutely useless"

Absolutely useless. We have lived at our property for a number of years and every single time someone new moves in and requests a change, our entry system stops working. Customer service always says the same thing - we've checked it and there's nothing wrong. Would steer well clear of them, and if we had the opportunity to change systems, we would.

"Charges for charges sake"

Unnecessary, inflated charges to change the phone number on the door system (despite paying service, maintenance charges of £1200 p/a.
Poor comms to customers; terrible English, and no consistency between them and Hazelvine (which is unsuprising).

"Doorbell systems failing frequently"

We are using this company's doorbell systems on our building. Once a visitor dials the door number, it is supposed to ring the resident's phone.
It fails every couple of weeks and requires NACD's observation to fix it. Very unreliable - especially given the simple and basic requirement of ringing the door. Many people are missing their deliveries just because of this.
