The $100k demo account is great for beginners, but you do need to spend time learning how everything works. The platform has excellent tools, but it'not a magic solution-you still needs to understand the market. I love the 24/7 support and daily webinars with jitan. They're really helpful.

No customer service available on phone or email for that matter. Tried cancelling my subscription as I’ve not touched it in 5 months.

Email 2 different departments to cancel. Then was still charge few days later. Chased it up further by calling again and was told the department I need to contact is only reachable by email. It’s been more than a week no response.

Appalling after I was charged an arm and a leg to enrol and learn (which was via zoom over 3 days and not worth the money) and then charged a further monthly fee to use the smart charts.

Personally wouldn’t recommend their services. It’s all about making a quick buck and not caring about the people they enrol.
