"Don’t trust them "
I signed up for smart charts with a £499 deposit. I changed my mind as I realised it was going to cost a lot of money to make a small amount of money. I’ve emailed the company many times to get my deposit back but they are ignoring them. As soon as my second payment was due i blocked the payment. The company was quick to get in touch to try to recover the money. I’ve since emailed them again and again to get my deposit back but they are ignoring my emails. I feel this is a big scam that’s dragging people in. I would avoid at all costs

"I've found the smarts charts program…"
I've found the smarts charts program and software well worth the investment.
The software is a cut above the rest, saving valuable time. and the training resources that are on hand are extremely valuable.
The one to one mentoring I've received from Gurdas has been a game changer, To have someone ago through all my real trades fand show me where I've gone wrong and how to improve has drastically changed my trading and turned me into a profitable trader.
I'm extremely happy and look forward to continuing with thew team at SmartCharts & LeartoTrade

"If I could give 0 stars I would "
If I could give 0 stars I would , the negligence shown by this company and the devious scheming staff that accept this unfair treatment to decent customers should be investigated. I have solicitors looking into the issue I had , and smart charts have not even given the decency to send me the recorded video as proof. You need to stay well clear , and be very mindful of the 5* , they email/call ongoing customers to leave this review so that you get an ‘added’ feature, complete farce.

"Typical scammer modus operandi."
Typical scammer modus operandi.
Step 1: open two trading accounts.
Step 2: Go long with £1000 a tick on first trading account.
Step 3: At the same time, go Short with £1000 a tick on second trading account.
Step 4: Wait till markets move 100 ticks.
Step 5: close both long and short positions to break-even. (Minus 1 tick spread)
Step 6: Hide losing account and then show-off winning account of £100k profits to youtubers.
Step 7: Glamorise your lifestyle by standing next to nice yachts, cars, mansions and wearing fake designer wear.
Step 8: Advertise like hell to Sell your trading DVD or prerecorded courses at £3-5k session which was created 5yrs ago.

"SCAM"
Unfortunately, I am really saddened to say they got me with the SCAM.
It is within human instinct that when we're looking for a way to earn more money, a passive income or to become 'rich', our cognitive bias will tell us it is real.
This is what happened with Learn2Trade and SmartCharts.
Where to start, De*** just outright lies on the phone with figures, stating the average first year investment is £3k and the average first year earning is between £8k and £12k. This is impossible with 86% of people losing money on SmartCharts. This was just one of many lies told.
Sa*** did the same, quote, 'your package includes every element of SmartCharts, you can't get anymore, this is the full package, and it's impossible they can sell you anything else'. I had one coaching session with Gur*** and all he tried to do was sell more courses. The videos are so simple and could be found on Youtube, nothing innovative as expected. I'm lucky enough to be good friends with one of JP M*****'s top IT Developers and he laughed at the basic AI software which is basically controlled like a gambling site where the system is designed to take more money off clients than they win. Further, even the reviews here are fake, why would 62% of the people who have left 5* reviews only left 1 review online in total when the industry average shows less than 15% of people have left only 1 Trust Pilot reviews in their lives? Hence, this indicates that 47% of your 5* reviews are made up accounts. Which would take them to a 2* in reality, this on top of everything else read online just shows how much of a Scam these guys are.
Needless to say, Gr** Se***r is a Con artist, his social media advertising is all about him, true narcissist behavour, look at my house, car, friend's boat..'it's so easy to make money' but the truth is there is no integrity to fraudulently making money from hard working people.
I really hope innocent people don't have £4k+ stolen by this fraudulent business. For me, I am still waiting for Learn2Trade to come back to me after 2 weeks on my Subject Access Request to get all of the data, the lies told to me so I can give them to my solicitor to proceed with getting my money back. I actually have only had the items on the basic package but in further proof of their complete lack of integrity, they still want to keep my money for the advanced package, it's just terrible businesses like this still exist.

"I got pushed to put a deposit down for…"
I got pushed to put a deposit down for this course and asked for a refund. They have completely ignored me and after 6 weeks still won't give me a refund. They act like they are helping people but money grabbing which has killed my confidence in them.

"These people are the scum of the earth…"
These people are the scum of the earth Mr Gregory John Secker spends vast amounts of money advertising on YouTube and eBay trying to lure vulnerable people into their malicious web. He pretends to be a successful trader ( any digging by someone interested will uncover that all he has ever made money from is by selling his software and courses) but actually their courses in which they try to entice you by promising £10,000 trading account are just glorified sales pitches to try and get you to invest in Smart Charts their jazzy all singing all dancing software ( how fit for purpose that software is I do not know nor do I care.) Now if like me you initially fall for their sales tactics know that I tried immediately to get a refund for the £500 deposit towards purchasing the software I used the 14 day cooling off period to change my mind and informed them within a week. They ignored all emails for virtually a month and only after I pointed out that if they tried taking further money from me they would be in violation of trading standards. They did try taking more money off me a couple of days ago so I got my bank to do a charge back clearly as a result of their fraudulent behaviour. If I could give a minus star rating I would, do not trust these fraudsters one iota

"SCAM - Read all the other review sites before buying or dealing with this company!"
WARNING THIS IS A SCAM
Greg and his team of salespeople have absolutely no interest in making things work for you, their only interest is in signing people up and taking your cash, and they are very good at it. You are given a price and then it just goes up and up.
I personally believe the positive reviews are left by them and not genuine. This is only my thoughts and not a fact, but I have had to fight to keep this review live and change the contents even though I can prove its contents to be true.
I was initially sold a product with heavy sales pressure and charged more than I was told and the advertised price. I have a screen dump of the offer and the date it was offered, along with the statement from my card to prove this.
Having done further research, my gut feeling from people I dealt with and a warning from the 3rd party trading company stating that 83.5% of accounts held with this company lose money, I decided to use my 14 day cooling off period and cancel my course.
From that point all contact from Smartcharts stopped other than 1 email stating I had used the product so I couldn't cancel. I responded to the email with proof that I hadn't used the product, but they were not interested.
As they would not communicate with me I had to contact my bank, who then investigated this. Smartcharts filed paperwork to show I had attended the training course after cancelling the product. Luckily for me they chose a date where I was actually on holiday and I was able to produce photographs and my passport stamp to prove this was not true and their documents were incorrect. Obviously only one set of paperwork could be true and my the financial services chose to believe the one supported by photographs and a stamped passport as opposed to one produced by Smartcharts.
It sounds too good to be true, because it is. Do not waste your money and do further checks on who you are dealing with before you part with your cash. The one off deals are repeated daily and you are not missing anything by doing your research first.
Following response 26/04/24
As you are well aware I tried on many occasions to contact you but you never responded and has taken you 2 months to respond to this review. You have all my details to contact me, so if yo think you can make things right, then please do so.
In regards to the conflicting documents, its an absolute fact that I can prove, hence the banks decision in my favour to issue a refund.
I have a full trail of all the evidence ready for anyone to review should they wish.
25/05/2024 - Had to update this review and remove certain words, but still no contact from Smartcharts who want to put things right, just Trustpilot asking me to change my review.
