It is only one star because I am not working for these guys and this is genuine... If you ever decided to purchase package which costs $5000AUD, after any initial payment you will do, that will never come back to you, even if you cancel the contract within 14 days since purchase (cooling period). As soon as you will declare over the phone that you want to cancel your subscription and get refund, they will never pick up the phone from you again and forget about your deposit forever. Be aware of that! The only thing left is to go to your bank and explain what exactly happened hoping that they will rescue your funds. I can not tell anything about the product as I woke up too early to be so foolish to buy it. Also they advertise themselves strongly on YouTube at the moment, probably because they have lost a lot of money on the volatile market which happened around 2 months ago (recession begun). They are trying to get any money back from people joining their course, it makes me so sad...



This is response to the comment below from smart charts customer service. I have contacted you via email provided below. So far, I have never get back from you even once about my refund of $1000AUD. It looks like whatever your response is to reviews on Trustpilot which are negative, you want them to looks like you really care, but you do not at all. It is exactly the same situation when somebody decide to purchase your course and subscription. To collect money from someone, you are ready to pick up the phone at 2am at night only to collect the money. However, when it comes to refund, you will always delete your old phone number and do not respond on any emails from your black list... I hope you will pay for all of that one day in advance.

I started with very basic Forex knowledge. The Smartcharts training online course was excellent. The Smartcharts software strategies cover a wide range of market conditions and are easy to use and informative once you understand it. The support from the coaches, market session webinars and the interactive training courses and bootcamps specifically are well packaged together to assist you in your learning journey. I was negative about trading and also wanted to quit because it wasn't as rosy as I expected but with the help of the trainers, the mentors, the psychology and the other course students I came to understand the reality of trading, to accept it as it is participate, anticipate it with a rational approach and healthy mindset, in order to become a successful trader. The Smartcharts software is easy to use, and some of the features are one of a kind.
The training provided is good, and the coaches really know their stuff! There are loads of learning material and also one-on-one coaching sessions. With enough motivation and discipline, and the backing of the team at learn to trade, anyone can succeed.

Ive had a real hard time understanding stuff at first bite.

But with a little perserverence and work Ive got the basics down now. The traders are excellent, the bootcamps are ongoing to get you into the zone and the whole training package is so well presented in all aspects for a beginner to pick up.

"An overall amazing learning experience…"

An overall amazing learning experience so far. The LTT course work of e-learns, Bootcamps, and mentoring together provide a full spectrum of the FX market and how to be an effective trader. The focus of the instructors is more on the technical side which really helped me in learning the way market works and behaves. I would say the professional trading approach taught in the sessions really helps in understanding the trade and enabled me enough to execute trades logically. Moreover, the customer service team is very responsive and the SmartChart trading platform is very helpful to understand the movement in the market.
