Have bought from Ballyrobert Gardens before and it is now my first option to go for plants. They arrive healthy, well packaged and good value.

recently ordered for wife and mum during lockdown. Website easy to to find what they had wanted. Order was simple and payment was easy. Got acknowledgement straight away. Delivery was like 2 days. came well packed and was labelled well so I knew what to plants to keep and what to give to mum. was assured by the long warranty they have given on the plants although I wont need it as they seem to have flourished in the recent good weather. Would recommend and will use again.

Great selection of plants - some of which I've been unable to obtain elsewhere. Plants arrived in good shape thanks to their packaging, which is essential during the current period (e.g. mail taking longer to arrive than normal). I was very happy to see that extra biodegradable wrap had been applied to the base of the plant to protect the root ball, which is all important in this heat.

Will definitely be back for more.

"Impossible"

I ordered plants which were supposedly sent 9 days ago. I have seen no sign of them. They should have been delivered in 1-3 business days. I have been emailing and phoning the company for 6 days. Their mailbox is full and they ignore all emails. They say to get in touch if there is a problem. I would like to know how.

My plants took a couple of extra days to arrive due to the postal backlog, but they were excellently packed using a 'kitchen compost' bag around the roots, so there was still moisture in the plants.
