"It was my first order"

It was my first order. I ordered from them in one order more than £200 base on trust what I have read on Trust pilot. It is not delivered me since delivery company disposed it of before deliver it to me in their depot for some reason. Then I contacted to Anthap, they helped me a lot, of course it is not my mistake but, they immmediately send me the same order and called me saying apologies. I did not expect that much kindness and help from them. Customer service is perfect and friendly also kind. I will order to Birmingham from now on. I have not tried all the things, yet, but they looks okay.
