"Zoë is an excellent therapist"

I have been seeing Zoë for Bowen therapy for arthritis and fibromyalgia. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and calming, explaining the therapy and also giving advice on nutrition, exercise and rest to help with both conditions. She takes detailed notes which are updated at each session. I have seen such an improvement in my symptoms and my general state of mind and I will definitely go back for maintenance treatments.

My daughter had unexplained elbow pain. As a competitive swimmer she needed this treating asap. Zoe was understanding and very knowledgeable and particularly patient with our teenager. After only a couple of sessions the pain had completely gone. We had never heard of Bowen therapy but we were amazed with effectiveness of the treatment.

Zoe @ Sunshine Health changed my families life.
In 2006 my 2 year old son was unable to walk. We were worried. We sought medical help from paediatricians. They could not explain what was wrong!
I took Jake to see Zoe, knowing nothing about Bowen but we were desperate and willing to try anything.
Jake had 3 sessions with Zoe and 3 days after his third session he got up and walked.
To us as a family this was nothing short of a miracle. It was amazing and I can’t thank Zoe enough for changing our lives.
I was so taken with Bowen and the power it has from such gentle touch, in 2009 I trained in Bowen, I wanted to give back to the world what Bowen and Zoe had given us.
I still see Zoe for my Bowen so that I can lead a full and active life. I know without it, it would be a different story.
