I've ordered two plants, one established and one cutting with budding roots and new growth, that were dispatched and arrived quickly. "Fab and quick customer service and correspondence"

Was quickly contacted by the owner after I ordered as the item was no longer available and immediately offered other options (waiting, picking something else or refund) which I thought was good, chose to wait as they said there would be more the following week, posted it quickly and it arrived well packaged and in good condition. The only reason it’s 4 stars not 5 is due to them saying they’re happy to send it the week after they were due to get some as I was working nights, which they forgot about and dispatched it when they got them in. However again on contacting them they offered resolutions if there were any issues with the plant (as I ignored the postman as I wasn’t expecting anything so it got sent back to post office) and the plant was fine when I got it, was just a bit of an inconvenience having to get up in the day whilst working nights! Would definitely buy from them again!

The leaf had some very small brown bits on it, but I was overall happy with this beautiful cutting - I ordered an unrooted cutting, but it came with a long single root already on it, which enabled me to pot it up right away! Dispatch was within a week, delivery was very quick, and the price was excellent. I would definitely order from here again!

I ordered a mystery box of cuttings and a calathea and I couldn't possibly have been happier with them, they arrived next day beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. Some are were partially rooted and others are getting new roots already!
