My experience of the order & delivery process was very good.

I faced a slight problem when searching the Inkraider website for the product I wanted - I was redirected to a page that appeared to be defunct a couple of times giving the the impression that the product was out of stock or wasn't manufactured anymore... however I searched/navigated the site via a different route and found the product eventually (sorry I can't recall the details of the difference routes I took) - this is the only thing preventing me from rating the experience with 5 stars...
