From the moment I walked into the clinic, everything felt so welcoming and professional, the space itself is very beautiful with that comforting energy that instantly makes you feel at ease. The doctor was incredibly kind, understanding, and beyond professional. He took the time to really listen to me, understood how uncomfortable my skin condition was, and explained everything in a way that made me feel completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for, which is not always easy to find! He gave me a treatment plan that made total sense, and I left feeling so reassured and confident in the next steps. Also, I have to mention the nurses, they were so lovely, warm, and attentive. I've had multiple treatments with both Victoria and Dr. Haus.

Going to the clinic was a last resort: I've tried everything under the sun and had hit a stage in which I no longer wanted to leave the house because my skin was SO bad. My skin is (almost) perfect now.

Excellent and highly personable therapists. State-of-the-art equipment (more laser machines than anywhere in Europe, I think). Great premises. Above all, Dr Haus prescribed an ointment that hugely improved my dermatological condition (an auto-immune disorder) that had foxed previous consultants. He also massively decreased my daughter’s acne - if she hadn’t had to return to Australia, I think he would have succeeded in completely clearing it. My skin was also luminescent after one of their facials. Can’t recommend highly enough.
