I ordered a couch from them on the 20th of July. Delivery was supposed to have been 3 days ago. Up until now, order has not been delivered and customer service is not helping resolve the issue. I don't know if it will ever get here.

Bonjour,cage commandé, promesse livraison le 12/07/2024 RIEN ENSUITE 13/07/2024 RIEN ,PUIS LE 15/07/2024 RIEN.LE TRANSPORT QUI travaille pour ce vendeur à fait de faux avis de passage .Refus du colis faite le 15/07/2024 .Malgré livraison le 17/07/2024 .Colis renvoyé car j'ai acheté une cage chez jardiland beaucoup plus rapide car dispo en magasin. Aujourd'hui malgré promesses ni les frais de retour ni les 10€ de dédommagement n'ont été remboursés .Je n'achèterais plus chez ce vendeur base en Allemagne

I've purchased some products from this company on Wayfair and Target and they arrived fast, very well packaged to protect the items and the quality has been outstanding always. The one time I had to contact customer service, my experience was excellent. Great company to buy from.

"Bought two bedside cabinets"

Bought two bedside cabinets. I built the first, exactly to instructions. I have built many similar items over the years and know how important it is the follow instructions to the letter.

Once built, putting the drawer runners onto the holes already prepared and the right way up, the drawers didn't fit in. Clearly faulty yet the company are not picking up the item and making me pay to return it within 30 days. Post office, where they suggest costs nearly the same as the item cost!

Recently got a hammock from them and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all the instructions to put it together was super helpful. The quality of the parts was top notch and it turned out very sturdy was still being easy to move around my apartment. Definitely would buy again.

Habe am 15.7.2024 einen Nachtschrank und einen Sessel bestellt, der Nachtschrank kam am 17.7. bei mir an ist auch in Ordnung der Sessel ist bis heute nicht angekommen wenn ich zur Versendungsnummer gehe stand am am 18.7. Das Paket wurde am 20.7. 2024 als zugestellt markiert .
Ich rief bei Yahee an u bekam die Auskunft er käme am Samstag den 20.7. 2024 aber er kam nicht auch heute nicht und beim Kundendienst der Firma Yahee wird man ständig aus der Leitung geworfen . Diese Firma kann man leider nicht weiter empfehlen

Very disappointed! I received a defective bounce house. Not properly sewn. Air coming from the seams@No customer service and no response to emails. A whole lot of running around!
