"The cream arrived very quickly and is wonderful"
The cream arrived very quickly and it feels wonderful. It is not silky smooth on contact but blends and smooths beautifully after being in contact with warm skin for a moment. It smells earthy yet clean, and feels so good on dry winter skin. I'm really very pleased with this product and Good Stuff Botanicals overall. Wonderful company and products

We have made it our mission to provide the cleanest & greenest skincare possible with the rawest, purest, and most sustainable ingredients possible. ________________________________________________________________________________________________
Understanding that our skin absorbs 60% of what we apply topically into our bloodstream, we use only the best, healthy ingredients in our products. We have scoured all corners of this earth to source our ingredients to their indigenous origin, from Indian kokum butter to Montana mineral water. We often base our formulas on age-old, tried, and true recipes using the same methods handed down through the generations. You can feel these ancestorial ties in your soul. ________________________________________________________________________________________________
Ingredients that we cannot wildcraft and harvest locally, are certified organic, GMO-free ingredients, and free of parabens, sulfates, chemicals, fragrance, and dyes. âNo funny stuff!â We strongly believe that you shouldnât put anything on your skin that you canât ingest, so we consider all of our products skin food! ________________________________________________________________________________________________
Some of our products, like Cottonwood Creek, have ingredients that we have sustainably hand-harvested ourselves from the mountains of Montana, where the air is clear of pollution. This is where we've dubbed the term "RAWGANIC". It's not certified organic, but it's straight from the raw earth, even better! ________________________________________________________________________________________________
We respectfully and consciously collect petals, gather roots and essences to artfully create nourishing skincare that is just as gentle and powerful. To ensure that our ingredients are treated as kindly as they deserve, we wildcraft as much as we can source locally in the wild mountains of Montana. Meaning, we strap on our snowshoes in February to search for cottonwood buds and we jump into a pair of waders in the fall to hunt horsetail. What we can't find here, we build trusted friendships with people all over the world that are just as passionate about our planet as we are and happily use their carefully created ingredients.

Creating a direct link between skincare to our ancestorial past by using the same methodology & raw ingredients, you can feel it in your soul.

FOUNDING STORY: Maranda and Michael are a team passionate about healthy lifestyles and whose organic products are backed by nature's chemistry. It all started out of necessity in 2012. Michael Johnson, co-founder & concocter at The Good Stuff Botanicals, developed psoriasis in his early 20's. By the time he met his wife, he had tried everything to soothe and repair his skin. Michael was about ready to throw in the towel and accept his skin fate when they started hitting their personal library, found a family recipe, and began researching. Two years of trial and error went by when they finally developed Gypsy Cream. The cream was just too good to be kept a secret, so they quit their day jobs and started a business in hopes to relieve othersâ skin woes. Two weeks later, they found out that a new member would soon be joining their family! This motivated them to truly put their all into building a business that fed their souls, helped their community, and that could sustain their growing family. A couple of years of setting up booths at festivals, art shows, and farmer's markets went by before their wholesale accounts and online sales let them take a step back and focus their business in other directions. Kiddo number 2 came along who was not into the booth scene, so readjusting was a must. Fast forward to the present, The Good Stuff Botanicals team has expanded into a cute little brick-and-mortar cabin in the village of Bigfork, where Maranda grew up. They are in over 130 retailers and accounting and have been featured in some of the biggest publications in the world. They are still ridiculously invested in making The Good Stuff the BEST it can be. They still hike into the mountains with their 2 children and do all the wildcrafting for the business while developing new products and lending a hand in their community.
The founders are very active in their community and strive to be involved more. In the past, they set up a booth at local farmerâs markets and really enjoyed talking with townies and visitors. This allowed them to see firsthand a lot of skin issues solved with their products and love hitting the road to attend shows or doing demos at retailers. They donate products to birthing centers, hospitals, veterans, and anyone that is in special need. They are also members of the local Chamber of Commerce in Bigfork and donate as much time as possible to community events, including spearheading an Earth Day event. When the pandemic hit, they joined forces with a local distillery and were the first in the state and region to be able to provide sanitizer to first responders and the public.
