The part ordered was not available, so the company sent a substitute, which they believed would be suitable. Unfortunately it was not, but I did not find this out until I had fitted it. My contact advised that he would search their warehouse for the part I needed as their system showed it was in stock. Sadly this was not the case. I offered to return the incorrect part, but was advised this would not be necessary and I received a full refund. Full marks should go to the company for trying their best to help.
