Bought a set of four shower door edge seals for which the shipping was almost as much as the cost of the item. It was third time lucky for receiving the items in an undamaged condition; for the first two attempts, the packaging had not prevented the edge seals from damage in transit. Customer service to get replacements was very good. Pleased with the actual items themselves.

Was told 2/3 days for delivery called after 5 first guy nice was asked to wait for another 2 days which I done rang back and got an ignorant guy not helpful at all still waiting on parts and refund none arrived told I need to wait 11 days of no delivery never again would I use this company yea was offered a replacement but at my essence to return if original arrived eh after a week of waiting you would think that the company has the tracking number and knows that it had not been out for delivery so why pay again as already paid for 48hr delivery
