I found Steam Shower Parts after a Google Lens search, trying to source a thermostatic valve and a diverter valve for an unbranded concealed shower. I phoned Friday after lunch for advice and Dan Jaques was extremely helpful, he suggested that I send through some photos of the parts to confirm identity. It took me a while to realise that my email had bounced because images were too large, but when I finally sent them Dan came straight back and must have dispatched the parts the same day before going home.
The parts arrived on Monday!
I'm absolutely delighted that my shower is now working better than ever.

Found this place when looking for information on how to deal with the temperature in my shower getting progressively colder over a long period of time. Their "How-to" on removing the failed thermostatic cartridge was very helpful. I ordered a replacement cartridge, temperature knob and dial which were delivered within a couple of days, and now my shower works perfectly again. Very pleased.
