Could not be more helpful. Talked me through some options based around the issues i was having and actually saved me £74 as i was giong to order a complete new valve set and only needed a part which was avaiable separately.

Managed to buy a shower cabin thermostatic valve from these guys at a very reasonable price when I was told by all local suppliers that I would not be able to get the part and would have to partly destroy and rebuild my cabin. Finding this part was compatible and at such a competitive price saved me hundreds of pounds of work and mess. In addition, I emailed with questions three times, and all were responded to quickly.
