Gutted but then someone from quickcover gave me a call later on that same day and said they will replace it for a brand new one and gave me a few options to choose from! Very pleased, great service. Would recommend.

Was advised on the phone that the engineer should be over within 48 hours. An engineer ended up coming to fix it 2 hours after my call due to a cancellation so I’m very impressed
