Staff went to great lengths explaining the system and app settings. Excellent phone backup for queries in the first few weeks while I was getting used to it. When PVgen arrived at my house, they were very friendly and took me through the process of getting solar panels on my roof. Shortly after, an engineer showed up at my house, checked the structure of my roof, and took several pictures of my house, which took about 30 minutes altogether. However, the part that impressed me the most, was when the solar installation day came. the team arrived on site at 8 am and was fully done within that 1 day, including the setup of the new app on my phone. this is very contrast to the experience my neighbor had whose installation took over 3 weeks

Stephen came out to our farm and outlined Terms and Conditions of ESB and Grants, in which other companies had not advised us - Without Stephens knowledge we would have actually not been grant aided on the shed we were going to go on. System is now fitted 10 months and has already created the amount of power quoted, with 2 months left to go. PV Gen installers had the best work quality you could think of.
