I recently worked with Robert's team to build a modern, functional website for my business, and overall, I'm pleased with the outcome. The team is highly skilled in the latest technology, which resulted in a website that truly meets my needs. The admin portal they created is particularly impressive—it makes daily updates and changes extremely easy for a small business like mine.

There was a bit of a hiccup initially, as the project faced some delays, and communication at the start wasn't as strong as I had hoped. However, after expressing my concerns about the delays, Robert and his team made a noticeable effort to improve. They began calling more frequently and kept me consistently updated on the remaining tasks that needed attention.

Because of the trust I’ve built with Robert through this process, I decided to also engage his team for SEO and SMM marketing services. I'll provide an update in six months to see how well that’s working out.

"Victory-N-Him website"

Robert Jones and Frank did a great job designing my Victory-N-Him website. Everyone who has seen it talks about how clean and stylish it is. The website works well although I have had multiple complaints of the site moving slow, which is an issue. I am not sure if it's because of changes that they may have been correcting in the background or if the site isn't optimized as it should be. I will wait a month or so to see if I am still getting complaints and update this review later if necessary.

The only reason I give Logura a 4 out of 5 and not 5 stars is due to communication during the project process. They do everything over email which is fine, but sometimes it takes days to do or communicate something that I feel could have been taken care of over a 5 min phone call.

And it's not because they don't have phones, because they try an upsell you constantly. Honestly, it is rather annoying and is a turn-off if you don't have the patience for it. In fact, I came to Logura only for a logo, and they talked me into doing a website.

During the constant upsell process, you will receive all the text messages and calls anyone could ever ask for, unless it's actually about working on your project. Then communication changes. I asked for a quick phone call multiple times during the project to ensure we were on the same page or to make a small change and my request was constantly ignored.

I also feel as if they don't explain to you what is going on at the end of the project. They will give you manuals, but the manuals don't really explain anything, its just a 10 second video of a mouse moving on the screen, with no audio explaining what is going on. Not a good helping tool for beginners who know nothing about websites.

So to summarize, Logura can do better with the forceful upselling, communicate better during the actual project, and need to re-work their manual procedures. But the work they did is solid as of now so they get 4 stars.
