I have really appreciate the humanness of the team behind Jane. I have spoken to or met several Jane team members in the process of getting started and each person has been available, open, kind, and even funny. I didn't have that experience when trying to get questions answered by submitting a ticket in my old EMR. It's intuitive and straight-forward to use and I love how many new features are coming as they listen to the users. Jane embraces community in the way that I embrace community in my own work.
